AM Solutions (based in Italy) is the 3D Printing brand of Rösler Oberflächentechnik GmbH from Germany. The company considers the department will complement the company’s existing AM Solutions – 3D Post Processing division, enabling it to cover the entire process chain from engineering and design optimization, to the production of components, mechanical post-processing, surface finishing and quality control.
AM Solutions’ software and supporting equipment ensure its customers benefit from the design flexibilities and possibilities of AM. This includes the complete engineering of components from scratch, the redesign of existing components for 3D Printing, the validation of product designs and topology.
The company states that production of components will take place on state-of-the-art equipment, including an EOS M 290 Laser Powder Bed Fusion (L-PBF) system, which allows the manufacture of component sizes up to 250 x 250 x 325 mm. Various metal powders can be used, for example, stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium.
